PrairieHarpy's Carrot Cake Protein Shake I

Introduction

Liquid carrot cake! Liquid carrot cake!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 c vanilla soy milk (I use 8th Continent Light)
    3/4 c shredded carrots
    1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Jay Robb Whey)
    dash salt
    dash cinnamon
    10 frozen pineapple chunks
    2 tsp unsweetened shredded cococnut
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp Butter Buds
    4 oz Neufchatel Cheese (I use Philly.)
    2-3 Tbsp Splenda

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well. I prefer to leave it just shy of smooth... I like to get little chunks of pineapple and coconut. I also like it sweeeet, so you might add just 1 or 2 tbsp of Splenda at first, and then determine if more is desired.
