Low Carb Cheesecake Cupcakes

Submitted by: ISLANDDAZE

Introduction

These cupcakes are lighter and more "eggy" than a regular cheesecakes. They are great with a dab of sugar free jam.
Cream Cheese should be at room temperature. I use about 1/4 cup of Davinci Sugar Free Syrup but you can use more or less depending on how sweet you want it. Try different flavors in this recipe - my favorite is Dulce de Leche!

  • This sounds delicious and although this isn't the best thing to add calorie wise but I bet it would taste great with a little bit of amaretto mixed into it. - 12/12/08
