I've never made BBQ sauce before but the reviews said this one was good so I tried it tonight. Man, were they right!! It's a little zippy and I love the added texture of the onion. The recipe makes 1.5 cups and a serving is 1 TBSP, if that helps anybody. :o) - 10/11/10

I added more brown sugar and molasses, used onion powder instead of the chopped and added chili powder instead of the pepper flakes. So it came out smoother and a bit sweeter. My husband loved it! - 7/23/12

I found my favorite BBQ sauce! This one is quite good. I didn't have molasses so I used honey. It came out great. - 3/15/11

Yum! I used vegan versions for the butter and Worchestershire Sauce, and used Malt Barley syrup instead of molasses (ran out making candy at Xmas). Thanks for the recipe. I too forgot to grab BBQ sauce at the store and I am happy to have made it homemade.
