Mmmm. I never thought of using sour cream in egg salad for sandwiches. But, hey, I use it in my potato salads....which also have eggs.....so why not! - 3/3/09

I usually add sour cream whenever I make anything with mayo- just half the mayo. It adds a tang that I love!
