Apple Sauce - RAW

Introduction

Just apples, raisins and fresh lemon! Quick and easy to whip up. YUM Just apples, raisins and fresh lemon! Quick and easy to whip up. YUM
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup raisins
    5 apples
    1 lemon
    dash cinnamon (optional)

Directions

Soak raisins in enough water to cover the raisins for about 20 minutes. I generally keep raisins and dates in a jar soaking in the refrigerator to have on hand so didn't count this in the prep time.

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor. Super blender like a vitamix works great but use what appliance is have on hand.

Process until smooth or leave chunky if preferred.

Makes approx 4 cups each serving is one half cup.
