Ingredients

*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz
Chopped white Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Garlic, 16 cloves, minced
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, diced
Parsley, .5 cup chopped
Jalapeno Peppers, 6 pepper seeded, chopped
Chili powder, 1/3 cup
*Cumin seed, 3 tsp ground
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 48 oz
*Dry Vermouth, 2/3 cup
Canned Crushed Tomatoes, 2 can
*Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 2 (15 oz) cans
Chili Beans, 1 can (15 oz)
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded
Directions
Makes 16 1.5-cup servings
1 - Place a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion, garlic, bell pepper, parsley and jalapenos. Cook, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink, about 8 minutes
2 - Stir in chili powder and cumin; cook for another 2 minutes.
3 - Add broth, dry vermouth, tomatoes and beans; bring to a boil over high heat
4 - Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 90 minutes.
5 - Ladle a portion of chili (about 1.5 cups) into each bowl and top with about a tablespoon of cheese. Serve and enjoy? :)
