We adore this salsa! I generally use mild Ro-Tel and don't add the seeds of the pepper, since my kids like it less hot. Additionally, I think you can leave the salt out if you're eating it with salted chips. Fantastic recipe!
I make this salsa all the time. So easy and delish. I prefer mine with more salt, but that's just me.
