Delicious and loaded with protein.
Why would I use frozen fish or add grape juice who needs the sugar. Have not been impressed with this site.
Sounds good I am just looking for a way to do this without buying their product that seems to be full of sodium & fat. I do my veggies like that with a small amount of oil for yrs.
think I will skip the white grape juice,roasted veggies won't need the extra sugar.
