Made this for Sunday supper. Overall, it was very tasty and a great substitute for fatty fried chicken. I do need to fiddle with the cooking time - I'm using a convection oven. I think next time I may use seasonings we use in our typical fried recipe, just to "bring it back home". Thank you!
