Absolutely delicious, and very flavorful! I had to make a few alterations to the recipe. I couldn't find sun dried tomatoes so I "baked" them in the oven with some vegetable oil and salt for an hour. turned out great anyway. Also didnt have olive oil so I used veggie oil. my new fav pasta :D
