Orange-Cocoa Dessert Coffee (low fat & low carb!)

ground coffeefresh squeezed orange juice (or ready-made)unsweetened cocoa powderSplenda sweetener (or any other no calorie sweetener)1% milk
set up your coffee machine for 4 cups, along with coffee in the brewing basket, add 2 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder. Brew as you normally would.
In two large mugs, add 1 oz. of fresh squeezed orange juice, or pre-made if that's what you have on hand. Add 1 tsp. of Splenda or other diet sweetner, more if desired. divide coffee into the two mugs, then add 1 oz. of 1% milk to each mug. Stir & Serve.

Very yummy. I limit myself to two cups of joe in the morning so I can sleep at night so I don't see myself drinking this as a dessert coffee. However, this is a very good change-up from my normal morning coffee and takes very little extra time to prepare. Thanks for sharing!!! - 10/28/12
