I used fat free cottage cheese, peaches in it own juice and plain bran flakes. Then I tossed on a few raisins, cranberries or dates. (Raisin Bran has added sugar.) My version had much fewer calories and healthier. No fat or sugar. Great! - 3/4/08

I would have never thought of this. Thank you for a great snack or breakfast. I used whole grain total and no sugar added peaches. Also, 1% cottage cheese. - 3/19/08

The resapy sounds good, and I'll try it, but how about correctnig all the speling errers? Five mistakes in 5 lines is a bit distracting. Why can't Sparkpeople check and edit the recipes they feature as specials? - 8/17/10

This reminds me of McD's fruit & yogurt parfait! I will try it with non-fat cottage cheese and with plain non-fat yogurt, too (I like the cultures). - 7/13/10

I love fruit and cottage cheese combinations. I toss frozen blueberries in with some cottage cheese, and by lunch time it is thawed and delicious. Thanks for this! - 8/17/10

I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT ALL OF THE FIXIN'S BUT I DIDN'T THINK TO GO AHEAD AND MAKE IT UP AHEAD OF TIME.
I BOUGHT LOW FAT GRANOLA BUT WILL ADD IT LAST OR IT MIGHT GET SOGGY.
    THANKS!!! - 7/7/10

Just what is needed if you are tired of hot cereal in the morning. I like this and like the idea of making it up the night before so it is a grab and go breakfast. Thanks. - 4/20/08
