I put the cottage cheese in the blender and whipped it to make it smooth before adding it to the sour cream, hot sauce and cumin - 11/3/12

I made this using flax seed chips from Trader Joe's, and guacamole made with greek yogurt and no sour cream. YUM! - 11/3/12

I like Cherone's idea of blending the cottage cheese first! - 11/3/12

I wonder what Greek yogurt instead of reduced fat sour cream would do? - 11/3/12

Sounds yummy. I'll tweak it to lower the sodium. Daisy sour cream is really great; it's pretty much the only one that I'll buy. - 11/3/12

I don't know that the nutrition here is accurate. I made a recipe makeover for this, substituting triscuits for pita chips to get more fiber, and noticed the calorie count was a good 100 calories higher per serving than indicated here. - 11/27/12

Glad I read through the comments and found the idea of using yogurt instead of cottage cheese and sour cream. I don't like either of them and was wondering how if would be just to leave them out, but I like the yogurt idea. - 11/4/12

I used fat free plain Greek yogurt instead of the cottage cheese and sour cream and salsa instead of the onion and tomato. This recipe was delicious and filling! - 11/3/12
