6 1/2 oz tuna in water, drained and flaked1 cup chopped avocado (about 2 medium)1/4 cup chopped tomato1/4 diced onions1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp parsley flakes1 tbsp apple cider vinegar2 (6 inch) whole wheat pitas, halved
Combine ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a fork. Fill each pita half with a 1/4 of the tuna mixture.
