Ingredients
Directions
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 Tablespoons Sugar2 Tablespoons Flourpinch of salt1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Canola Oil2-3 Tablespoons of water
Combine dry ingredients in a mug and blend with a fork. Add wet ingredients and blend well. (Will be quite thick. Add additional 1 Tbsp of water for a brownie that is less dense with a more gooey texture.
Nuke on high power approximately 1 minute, until desired consistency is reached. (Partially soft in the center is ideal; it cooks a bit after the time is up!)
Top with desired toppings and enjoy.

Aww.. I'm sorry to hear you were not pleased with it. Maybe try nuking a little less time and see if it improves the texture? We like ours soft in the middle, and I think that helps with the rubbery feel if you dont overbake it. Thanks for the comment tho :o)

I usually pass up on desserts but tonight I was in the mood for chocolate. I was eating within 5 minutes. I was out of baking powder but it needed a tiny bit. I will also add some vanilla and maybe a sprinkle of cinnamon next time. It was quicker than running out for a sweet and much cheaper. - 7/8/15
