Very tasty. Just what I was craving. I did add a sprinkle of baking powder, and cooked only 1 minute. - 8/25/15

Delicious! I followed other reviewers' advice about adding a pinch of baking powder. I loved the texture and the hint of gooeyness around the edges. The flavor was rich but to me, not too much so. My three daughters loved it s well. It's sure to become a favorite here! - 2/24/15

Also, I forgot to mention, but I added a small sprinkle of baking powder to the dry ingredients to make it fluffier. - 2/22/11

Delicious! Noting a few comments about a rubbery texture, I also added a pinch of baking powder and a small squirt of honey (tends to make cakes moister). Works a treat! I baked it in a small square Corningware and it made 4 'brownies' -- 2 apiece for me and my hubby. - 7/23/14

Win!!!! I added a pinch of baking powder. Also I put a half cup of water in the microwave with it to keep it from getting a rubbery texture. Of course it's not the same texture as oven baked, but chocolatey and good. Do not overcook! - 4/2/13

I tried this twice, adjusting microwave time and power level, but it still came out rubbery and too chewy for my taste. - 4/10/12

Aww.. I'm sorry to hear you were not pleased with it. Maybe try nuking a little less time and see if it improves the texture? We like ours soft in the middle, and I think that helps with the rubbery feel if you dont overbake it. Thanks for the comment tho :o)

Added honey in place of vanilla. Also used a full quarter cup of water. Very gooey and just what I needed on this cold day! - 2/20/18

Used dark coca and sugar substitute - Swerve granulated. Delicious! I appreciated that this is lower fat. 3rd try was better - added 1/4 tsp bp and reduced microw time to 3/4 minute. - 4/30/17

Too much cocoa. Texture is good.. a little less cocoa, maybe a little more sugar and I would increase the score. I might use milk instead of water too....we'll see. - 4/10/16

I usually pass up on desserts but tonight I was in the mood for chocolate. I was eating within 5 minutes. I was out of baking powder but it needed a tiny bit. I will also add some vanilla and maybe a sprinkle of cinnamon next time. It was quicker than running out for a sweet and much cheaper. - 7/8/15

Wonderful recipe. I cooked it really too much, and it became hard as a cookie ! What a delicious cookie. Next time, I will have a lighter hand on the cooking time. Thank you very much. I love it ! - 6/17/15

Strong chocolate flavor. Maybe cut back a little on the cocoa powder. - 3/3/15

The sodium content in this recipe has to be wrong, it is almost 5 times the sodium in other brownie recipes and basically uses the same ingredients. Someone has to check - 2/25/15

Fantastic. Instead of unsweetened powder and sugar, I just added 2 Tbsp of chocolate milk mix. It was moist and chocolatey. I know what to make when my sweet tooth hits again. - 8/19/14
