very easy to make and a DELICIOUS way to end the day without slaving in a hot kitchen(and nobody needs to know that, espcially the HUBBY)lol - 8/7/09

VERY good. I added twice the water & lemon juice and cooked it on high for 3 hours. It was juicy and had a WONDERFUL flavor! - 12/5/09

Hi it was a good easy recipe to follow. I found it a bit salty and next time I will not add the salt. - 10/4/10

Mouth watering, moist, tangy, delicious and a hit with the whole family. DH called it the best sauce I've ever made. Took the advice of some other posters who suggested adding some cornstarch to thicken the gravy and a tiny bit of honey. Sooooo goooood!! This one's a keeper! - 10/3/10

I made this tonight in my pampered chef 30 min chicken pot in the microwave...it was delish! My family loved it. The chicken breast was so tender. I sautéed asparagus and yellow peppers in balsamic vinegar and cooked brown rice to finish the meal. The sauce of the chicken was perfect on the rice. - 4/2/12

This is really good! I took my chicken out and diced/almost shredded it and I added some frozen broccoli and about a 1/4 cup of sour cream to give it a slightly creamy broth. Going to eat as is for me and either over rice or mashed potatoes for the family. Thanks for the recipe! - 7/25/11

The basic taste was good, but it was pretty dry. I'd definitely make it again, but would add more liquid. - 11/23/08

We really enjoyed this and it was so easy. I substituted chicken broth in place of the water & bouillon. We will definitely have this again. :) - 4/5/14

It was good. I also didn't brown the chicken...I am so rushed in the mornings, I just don't have time. I used chicken stock instead of the water/bouillon, and I omitted the salt. Next time I might try cornstarch to thicken the sauce. - 5/11/13

This was ok, and tastes like a bland, baked chicken. Since I cooked on high, I doubled the amount of water. - 2/7/12

very tasty--simple and easy, and delish. i agree with Manda2010 and definitely would add a bit more moisture, though... - 1/25/12

This is an absolutely delicious recipe. I found it on a different website before I even knoe of spark people and have made it several times. I think the nutrition information is wrong however. I don't think that is possible to be ONLY 65 calories. I wish it were, LOL!! - 5/16/09

Comes out nicer if use chicken thighs rather than breasts (or mixture of both). Put bag of baby carrots in bottom of crockpot. Then added raw chicken and spices. Used broth rather than bouillon&water. Shortly before done, added artichoke hearts (or sliced zucchini). - 7/30/18

I used Emerils Original Essence instead of oregano and parsley, but the dish was still great with mashed potatoes. Super easy way to do chicken in the slow cooker without a creamy sauce.

Family enjoyed this dish. However, I thought it was on the dry side. Six hours may be a little too long (low heat). Definitely will be making this dish again, but adhering to the changes. - 6/23/12
