This was very good--a nice alternative to oatmeal. In case anyone is wondering about the serving size, I measured, so hard to know otherwise. I did not add the fruit (planning on adding some fresh strawberries to the top), but without the fruit the recipe made 4 cups, so a serving size is .5 cups - 11/12/10

I LOVED this recipe! We had it as a warm dessert and it hit the spot! I used Truvia instead of sugar and dried cranberries instead of raisins. We will definitely be having this more often! - 10/11/10

A change from the rice pudding. I used skim milk which is what we have in the house and use consistently. A comfort food. - 6/14/20

I have never tried couscous but want to. This recipe sounds like a good way to try it so I saved the recipe until I get to the grocery store. I will rate it then. - 3/10/20

I made it with milk and honey. After trying it I spruced it up with some cinnamon and sugar. That made it good enough to finish, but I don't think I'll be making it again. - 10/13/11

You don't need to cook couscous over heat. Just stir it into the hot liquid and let it sit for 5 minutes. There are usually instructions on the couscous package

This is great! Since I'm not vegan, I used dairy milk and butter instead of the soy milk and margarine. - 4/15/09
