I make this and add a pound of steamed jumbo shrimp. Serve on a bed of spinach leaves. My family loves it. It's also a very attractive dish. - 10/29/08

This is very good. In Trinidad we call it mango chow and we add hot peppers or hot pepper sauce to heat it up. - 8/26/08

What stage of ripeness should the mangoes have for this? I'd assume that maybe it should be ripish but firm? - 10/29/08

I absolutely LOVE mangos, so HAD to try this one. I just made it today, let it sit for about an hour to let the flavors melt together, and had it over chicken. This is so so good! Thank you! - 8/28/08

I love this! I added pineapple and a little red pepper. This is great in a tortilla on chicken, pork or seafood. I sometimes will blend some light sour cream, cilantra and a squeeze of lime and top off the tropical salsa with this. MMmmmm - 4/5/10

I love mango salsa! This recipe is perfect, not too sweet. I used 2 jalepeno's with seeds from one, we love spice. Otherwise made as written. Thanks! - 4/21/10

This one is quickly becoming a favorite! I made two batches. I pureed about 2/3 of one batch and baked chicken in it, then topped the chicken with fresh salsa to serve. The has gotten family approval for a repeat! - 6/8/09
