Introduction

Tasty chex snack mix! I don't know where I originally got it, so I can't give credit where it is due! Tasty chex snack mix! I don't know where I originally got it, so I can't give credit where it is due!

Ingredients

    3 cups rice chex
    3 cups corn chex
    3 cups cheerios
    3 cups pretzels
    2 tsp worchestershire
    2 tsp butter flavor sprinkles
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions

In 15x10 baking pan, combine cereals and pretzels. Lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle with worchestershire. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over cereal mix. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Cool.

    It was pretty good, but I think it would help to stir the Worcester and seasoning together with the cereal in a bowl before spreading it in the pan-- sprinkling it in the pan didn't cover the cereal enough for me. - 3/24/09

    I used Life whole wheat cereal instead of chex (6 cups), 1 cup of pretzels, 1 cup of whole grain gold fish, 1 cup of almonds and then the same ingredients you listed except the butter I used was brummels and brown. It was healthy and delicious! - 1/10/08
