This is deeeeelish, and easy to make. I added a little Mrs. Dash seasoning mix to the Panko crumbs and dill, we're a family that likes spicier foods. - 2/1/11

Very tasty! One thing to note is that this is for four fillets. I wondered how much fish that was so I compared the calories in four fillets to ounces. That's about 25 ounces of fish for four servings. I changed it to 5 servings for a calorie savings! - 2/19/13

    Good
I was making only 2 pieces of fish, so I halved the recipe. I also cut down the mayo to less than half (I used 1Tbsp) because it seemed like way too much. Even so, there was enough mayo mixture left over for at least another filet. It was ok, but a bit bland. I'll add more spices next time. - 3/14/14

My entire family, including the toddlers love this one. I use less mayo and quite a bit less panko than the recipe calls for and think it's just right. - 7/29/13

Very good! Added a tsp of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning, and served with "Sweet Poblano Corn" (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-det
ail.asp?recipe=2422302) on the side ~ excellent combination, as the corn punched up the flavor profile and added gorgeous color to the dish!

YUM! I did reduce some of the sauce mix on mine and used less panko crumbs than my hubby's fish got. But wow! The dill and crunch from the panko and the fish is so good together. Very very good! - 9/24/12

This was a nice change to the way I normally make cod. I love panko and I thought this was a nice way to make the fish. I used both the dried dill and fresh parsley just because I had it. Will definitely make this again. - 7/26/12

I made this tonight and it was excellent. It was easy (a requirement for me) and tasted great. I ate it with a little vegan horseradish and chopped up jalapeno and serrano peppers. Probably not for everyone but I really liked it. - 6/29/12

This was great! I used mahi mahi, as that's all I had, but I'm sure any firm white fish would work. Yum! The Dijon mustard really adds a lot. I sprinkled the fish with garlic salt at the beginning too. My whole family loved it. - 4/8/12

This was really good! I did change it up some..instead of brushing it with mayonnaise, I did an egg wash before I put the Panko on it, and I added Mrs. Dash as I saw some recommended. My husband said it was the first time he had eaten baked fish and liked it! - 2/28/12

My husband liked it. I thought it was good, too, but the breadding was a bit heavy for me. I'd back off on it in the future but will probably make it again. - 2/20/12

This was a quick and different way to make cod. I took the advise of another member and added Mrs. Dash's Extra Spicy seasoning to the Panko mix. It came out very crunchy and satisfying. My husband really liked it as well and he is a big deep fry kind of guy. I will definitely make this again! - 11/13/11

This was good. We are used to eating salmon, and the cod doesn't have much taste, so this added some flavor and crunch. - 2/9/11
