    2 oz ronzoni smart taste angel hair pasta cooked
    3 oz. chicken breast, no skin boneless
    3.5 oz tomatoes
    1 t minced garlic
    2 oz baby spinach
    1 T olive oil
    1 T parmesan cheese

-first, saute chicken w cooking spray. i use this recipe when i already have leftover i'm tying to get rid of.

-place a pot of water on the stove and wait to boil.

-while waiting for water to boil, chop up tomatoes and garlic and begin to saute. add the chicken when its done, and the spinach.

-when water boils add pasta. once pasta is done, add ur mixed sauteed veg a little olive oil and parm cheese... voila! ENJOY! :)
