Ingredients

(1) Arnold's Select Whole Grain Sandwich Thin
(1) slice of Borden's fat-free american cheese
(2) pieces of Banquet's Brown & Serve Lite Sausage Links (defrosted)
(1) Tablespoon Smart Balance Light spread (optional)
(2) Egg Whites
Directions
Separate 2 eggs and discard yolk.
Slice very thin the 2 pieces of DEFROSTED sausage links and add to egg whites and stir to mix.
Heat non-stick frying pan on medium heat, then spray with PAM.
Add egg & sausage mixture to frying pan and spead sausage pieces out, let cook well done on one side.
Meanwhile split the Arnold's sandwich thin and toast.
When toast is done spread with SB Lite spread (optional).
When egg omelet is cooked on bottom flip-over to continue cooking the other side.
Add the piece of cheese in the center of the omelet.
When the egg is cooked on the bottom, fold over the edges of the egg onto the cheese to make a block.
Serve omelet on buttered sandwich thin. Enjoy!
