Ingredients

Granulated Sugar
Butter
Sneaky Chef White Puree
Milk
Cheddar
Hot Dog, small dice
Yellow Cornmeal
Sneaky Chef Flour Blend
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
Salt
Directions
Preheat to 375, and spray miffin tin with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar. Then whisk in the melted butter, white puree, milk, cheese, and hot dog pieces.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour blend, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until flour is just moistened - dont over mix, will get dense muffins.
Scoop batter into muffin tins, filling just to the top.
Bake for 22-24 minutes, until tops are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
