This is quick and easy to make on an indoor grill, but it tastes gourmet! This is quick and easy to make on an indoor grill, but it tastes gourmet!
Number of Servings: 8


    32 ounces salmon fillets

    1 cup of your favorite barbeque sauce (I prefer Head Country for this recipe. Something with a little bit of a kick will compliment the sweetness of the brown sugar.)

    5 tbsp. packed brown sugar


Mix the barbeque sauce and the brown sugar in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for one minute to disolve the sugar. Pour about a 1/4 of the mixture into a separate bowl and use this to brush over the salmon before cooking. Reserve the remaining 3/4 to spoon over salmon before serving. Place salmon on preheated indoor grill and cook until flaky, about 3 or 4 minutes on each side, basting occassionally. Remove from grill and spoon a little of the remaining sauce over each fillet before serving.

Makes 8 four ounce servings.
