Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    *Soy Sauce, .05 cup
    Brown Sugar, .05 cup, packed
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    MINCED ONIONS, 1 tbsp
    Whiskey, 4 fl oz
    WHITE COOKING WINE, 2 tbsp

Directions

MIX ALL THE MARINADE INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER CHICKEN PIECES IN A BOWL. COVER AND REFRIGERATE (STIRRING OFTEN) FOR SEVERAL HOURS (BEST OVERNIGHT)BAKE CHICKEN AT 350 FOR ONE HOUR IN A SINGLE LAYER, BASTING EVERY 10 MINUTES. ROMOVE CH ICKEN. SCRAPE PAN JUICES WITH ALL THE BROWN BITS INTO A FRYING PAN. HEAT AND ADD 2 TBS WHITE WINE. STIR AND ADD CHICKEN. COOK FOR 1 MINUTE AND SERVE.
