Ingredients

    * 1/3C butter, melted
    * 2 TBSP flour
    * 1 C milk
    * 1 C coconut
    * 1 1/4 C sugar
    * 2 eggs
    * 1 tsp vanilla
    * 9" unbaked pie crust

Directions

Mix first seven ingredients together - pour into pie crust.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.
