My favorite way to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! Feel free to swap in your favorite ingredients. Ingredients

2 Slices of Light Bread (I like Sara Lee Delightful Multigrain bread - 45 cals per slice)
2 tsp Light Butter Spread, divided (I like Brommel & Brown)
1 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1 T Sugar-Free Jelly (I like Smuckers Strawberry)
Directions
1. Make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
2. Spread the top of the sandwich with one teaspoon of the butter.
3. Place the sandwich butter side down on a pan on low-medium heat.
4. While sandwich is cooking, spread the other teaspoon of butter on the top of the sandwich.
5. When sandwich is golden brown on the bottom, flip the sandwich over and cook the other side.
Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
