Introduction

Easy to make and a good way to use up leftover chicken from last night's dinner. Easy to make and a good way to use up leftover chicken from last night's dinner.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce (shredded)
    20 Blueberries (fresh)
    1/2 cup Chicken Breast (no skin, cooked, sliced)
    1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
    1 Tablespoon Kraft Light Raspberry Vinaigrette (or dressing of choice)

Tips

I precook my chicken the night before so I don't need to cook it in the morning.
Leave the vinaigrette out until ready to eat.


Directions

Add lettuce, blueberries, chicken and parmesan cheese to bowl or container.

Add vinaigrette before eating.
