Ingredients

1 pkg. reduced fat crescent rolls
1 lb. 50%less fat pork sausage
2c. frozen cubed hashbrowns
2c. shredded cheddar cheese (use low fat for even less fat)
1/3 c. fat free milk
8 eggs
opt. veggies-onion, gr. pepper, etc.
dash salt
dash pepper
Directions
Place crescent rolls in bottom of 9x13 pan. Cook sausage and place on top of crescent rolls, followed by hashbrowns and cheese, add veggies if wanted. Mix eggs and milk and salt and pepper to taste and pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight. Cook the next morning at 375 degrees for 40-45min.
