    chicken broth 28oz
    carrots 2 cups sliced
    celery 2 stalks sliced
    onions 1 cup chopped
    roasted red pepper 1/2 cup
    water 2 cups
    italian spice 2 tbsp
    salt and pepper
    garlic 3 cloves

Directions

makes 6 11/2 cup serving
place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 4-6 hours
