    Love this salad. It's so healthy and good for you especially if you use fat free cottage cheese. I also added a dry packet of sugar-free jell-0 for a little color and extra flavoring. YUM!! It's a great breakfast, lunch, or snack and packed full of protein. - 5/30/08
