Ingredients

    In a small to medium sized mixing bowl combine the following ingredients:
    1/2 cup of Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
    1/2 cup of Splenda sugar substitute
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup vinegar
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optitional)

    Add these ingredients to a 1 lb package of cole slaw mix or grate your own cabbage. According to the nutrition information of the cole slaw package, there are 5, 1.5 cup servings of slaw in the 1# package and the slaw is only 20 calories per serving and the dressing is about 23 calories per serving according to the calculator

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients in a small to medium sized bowl. Once mixed add to 1 pound package of cole slaw or shred your own cabbage. Mix and refrigerate the cole slaw until ready to serve. Add or delete the cayenne pepper according to your own personal taste.
