    4 chicken breasts
    2 zucchini - chopped
    2 squash - chopped
    1/2 c onion - chopped
    1 package whole wheat pasta - cooked
    1 can tomato sauce
    Garlic, Italian seasonings to taste

Directions

Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add chicken, tomato sauce, onion, and seasoning. Cook on high 5 hours. Shred chicken. Stir in veggies and pasta. Cover and cook 30-60 minutes.
