Introduction

This is my quick and easy breakfast most mornings. Makes about 2 servings. But you can have it as 1 I guess. I also mix up the ingredients.     I buy my fruit frozen except the banana. You can add ice cubes if you would like. I blend it all in a smoothie maker. It comes out thick and rich.
