    1/2 brown sugar
    8oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    3 small ripe bananas
    1/3 cup egg whites
    1 c whole wheat flour
    1c old fashioned rolled oats
    1 tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    3 tbsp milled flax seed
    1/4 c chopped walnuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix brown sugar and cream cheese together.
Add mashed bananas and egg whites
Add all the dry ingredients and mix all together.
Pour mix into a 5 x 9 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Cool down and cut into 12 slices.
