    Very Good
Easy to put together and the whole family enjoyed it. It finally got my toddler to eat sweet potatoes! This will definitely be added to my menu rotation.
12 servings is probably more an appetizer or snack portion. This makes a nice hearty supper for 4 if you add a salad.
