4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts-boiled
6 -8 corn tortilla's depending on size
1-2 can enchilada sauce red or green
1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
mexican style shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Shred cooked chicken, mix with soup and chilies
layer pan with corn tortillas, layer with chicken mixture, then layer cheese. Put on another layer of tortilla's, then another layer of cheese. Cover with enchilada sauce
Bake 20-30 min until hot.
Serves 8 1/2 -3/4 cup serving
