*Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cup

    Beans, navy, 1 cup

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Flour, whole grain, .25 cup
    Garlic, 4 cloves

Saute ground turkey or (chicken) in 1 tbs oilve oil until cooked thoroughly , then add the rest of the ingredients (rinse beans off first) and addspices to taste, I add the flour for thinkness, Simmer with a lid stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick to the pot. (thats why I used olive oil instead of spray pam because the pam make the beans stick)
