Ingredients

    1 lb of Frozen Chicken Wing Pieces or Drummettes
    La Choy Teriyaki Sauce
    Butter Flavored Cooking Spray

Directions

Makes 4-5 Servings of 5 pieces each.
1. Turn Oven on to 400 degrees
2. Spray a Cookie sheet or baking pan with cooking spray.
3. Place Wings on pan in a single layer
4. Spray the wings with butter flavored cooking spray.
5. Bake in oven until brown.
6. Based wings with sauce.
7. Place back in oven until sauce is heated.
8. Enjoy
