Introduction

I don't usually like to reheat last night's fish for lunch the next day, but I don't mind making it into soup! I don't usually like to reheat last night's fish for lunch the next day, but I don't mind making it into soup!

Ingredients

    3 oz. cooked white fish. (I generally use Tilapia)
    1 small white potato diced
    1/4 cup of chopped onion
    1/4 cup of diced carrot
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 t white pepper
    1 t. dill weed

Directions

Dice potato carrot and onion, put into small saucepan with chicken broth. Cook until tender. Add white pepper, dill weed, leftover cooked fish and milk and cook until heated through.
Makes 2 one cup servings
