Ingredients

    3 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 cups sugar (splenda)
    1-1/2 cups oil
    4 eggs
    2 cups grated carrots
    1 - 8-3/4 oz crushed pineapple drained
    1/2 chopped walnuts

Directions

sift flour, powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together; beat in sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in carrots, pineapple and walnuts.
bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean
