Ingredients

    1/4 cup quick oats
    1 egg (sub. 1/4 egg beaters for less calories)
    1/4 c. frozen blueberries
    1 tsp. brown sugar/stevia (optional)
    couple shakes of cinnamon

    If using fresh blueberries, add
    tbsp soymilk or regular milk(for added moistness!)

Tips

This is not a sweet, bakery style muffin. I think it tastes more like oatmeal. It is good, and a healthy, easy breakfast. Add sugar/cinnamon to taste!


Directions

Mix all together in a mug. Microwave for 1 minute. Add 30 seconds if it needs to 'firm up.'
