Ingredients

3/4 C Water
1/3 C Butter
1-1/2 squares (1-1/2 ounces) unsweetened
chocolate
2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 egg white
CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:
1 package 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg white
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup (6oz) miniature semisweet chocolate
chips
Directions
In small saucepan, combine water, butter and chocolate. Cook and stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Add egg, egg white and sour cream. Beat on low speed until combined. Stire in cool chocolate mixture until smooth. Pour into 15x 10 x 1 baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg white and vanilla. Drop tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over the batter. Cut through cream cheese mixture with knife to make swirls in cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes, until toothpick comes out fairly clean.
Cool on wire rack
Makes 4 dozen bars.
