Fruit and Yogurt Parfait


A yummy low fat snack A yummy low fat snack
Number of Servings: 2


    12 small strawberries, sliced
    8 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
    cup blueberries
    cup high fiber cereal
    1 packet sugar substitute


1.Dice 1 strawberry. Fold into yogurt
2.In a bowl, toss remaining berries with sugar substitute.
3.In parfait glass layer the yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and cereal.
4.Serve chilled

Servings: 2
Serving size: 1 parfait
Counts as: ½ dairy & 1 fruit

  • I omitted any sweetener and it was so good. I was surprised the cals were so low when the parfait was so sweet. Local berries I assume. - 7/18/14
