Ingredients

    1/4 C. Quaker Quick Oats
    1/2 C. Silk Soy Milk - Egg Nog flavor
    1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
    pinch salt
    nutmeg for sprinkling

Directions

Mix all ingredients except nutmeg in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, covered with plastic wrap, for 1-1.5 minutes. Stir and check for doneness. If necessary, microwave for up to a minute more. Sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg.
