Introduction

basic crepe recipe, only change is using soy flour to raise protein content basic crepe recipe, only change is using soy flour to raise protein content
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of flour
    1/2 cup of soy flour
    2 tbls of melted butter
    2 medium eggs
    1 egg white
    1 cup of water
    pinch of salt
    choice of herbs for flavor

Directions

mix all ingredients well, let sit 1/2 hour before cooking.

heat pan until drops of water sizzle, add small amount of olive oil to crepe pan, pour batter while turning pan to make very thin crepe, flip when bottom is cooked
