This is one of my family's favorite meals. We make it at least once a week. It's great with some tortilla chips and cheese or corn bread. Definitely worth a try. Also its great for entertaining. - 1/10/08

My husband and I both loved this recipe!
We made a veggie version, with the morningstar burger crumbles. I also did a "home-made" taco seasoning mix, rather than use the packet mixes they sell at the grocery store.

    Thanks for sharing this one!

Mmm-mmm! I made this on the stove top as opposed to crock pot. Small changes for our tastes: used only two cans of beans (pinto and kidney) that were rinsed, substituted tomato sauce for diced tomatoes. Added a touch of water and additional chili seasoning. Hubby gave it an 8 out of 10! - 2/4/08
