Ingredients


    * Pears, fresh, 3 pear, small (approx 3 per lb) (remove)
    * Water, warm, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    * *Flour, Whole Wheat Pastry, 1 cup (remove)
    * *All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 2.5 cup (remove)
    * *Bread Machine Yeast, 2.25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Wash, peel, and grate pears (should come out to be about 1.5 cups grated).

Add ingredients to bread machine in order listed and bake on sweet bread setting.

For long lasting soft crust, wrap warm bread in foil or plastic wrap to trap in moister.
