Ingredients

    3 lbs Pork Spareribs (I prefer boneless)
    1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
    1/2 Cup Vinegar
    1 Cup Sugar
    5 Garlic Cloves
    1 Can Dole Pineapple Chunks (juices drained)
    Corn starch to thicken

    Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve over white rice. **Rice not in nutritional information**

    I love this I make this all the time at home. Buttt, I am sorry, I don't think it is 24 servings. I think Spark people have a problem when they count ribs. I was putting my receipe in and they said it was something like 1300 calories with 6 people eating a serving. I am totally gonna try this. Thxs - 1/29/10
