Turkey Enchiladas with Fresh Tomatillo Sauce
This recipe can be made with chicken or turkey. You can use whole breasts, but that makes the prep time longer. Make the recipe milder by using Monterrey jack cheese instead of pepper jack and reduce amount of jalepeno in the sauce.
